1. Drink Water
Studies have suggested by drinking more water throughout the day, you’ll be more full and be less likely to want to eat more. Not only is your body made up mostly of water, but it helps cleanse your body – so drink water!
2. Snacking too much
Sometimes it’s a force of habit, but often the cause of extra weight is eating too much. Our bodies don’t require it sometimes, but it’s a force of habit. If you are conscious of what you’re doing, you’ll be able to control what you’re doing.
3. Stop eating 3 hours before bed
Again, this is a habit and it can be broken. By eating a couple hours before bed, all of this food will actually be disproportionately placed as fat and as as a result your body will carry it over to the next day. Your body is naturally burning weight as you sleep but if you eat before bed, this slows down the process.
