Get ready to sweat!!! This 30 minute bodyweight workout will to shred your core and tone your backside – especially your booty! With exercises that are the perfect blend of cardio and strength, you will feel your ABS & BUTT burn more than ever before! (Booty band is always optional)
Laura is an ACE certified personal trainer, health coach, and pilates instructor. Having over 7 years of experience teaching Group Fitness (Coreology, Set & Flow, Iron Boxing, Self Fitness Southbay) and being a bikini athlete, she is extremely knowledgeable on transforming the human body through a variety of training methods.
