Sarah Song is a stress management educator, certified clinical aromatherapist, and founder of Love Your Limbic, a wellness company dedicated to helping people improve their well-being. Sarah incorporates her Neuroscience B.A. to help clients understand that the brain is the seat of our emotions, behaviors and well-being. As an aromatherapist, she encourages people to use olfaction as a tool to reduce stress and influence mood and energy.
