Barre Intensity with Nat Romero
Important Information: This class will be held in the Class Cast Workout Stream Room, the room opens 10 minutes before class.Class Difficulty: Easy – Medium. Equipment Needed: Water bottle, yoga mat (recommended), weights (optional)
Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
Nattamon Romero has 15 years of experience in teaching Barre, Yoga, Pilates mat, Pilates Suspension Method, Hip Hop Dance and many other fitness classes in Asia. She is also Fit For Birth® Pre-Post Natal Corrective Exercises Specialist. Now she is expanding Barre Fitness Education throughout South East Asia for Barre Intensity® as Director of Training & Master Trainer. Besides her speciality in the fitness industry, she also has a Master Degree in Public Relations and Mass Communications and has been working as a consultant for international brands in fitness, wellness and entertainment industry.
