Laura is an ACE certified personal trainer, health coach, and pilates instructor. Having over 7 years of experience teaching Group Fitness (Coreology, Set & Flow, Iron Boxing, Self Fitness Southbay) and being a bikini athlete, she is extremely knowledgeable on transforming the human body through a variety of training methods.
