Superhero Training With Yoshi Sudarso
Important Information: This class will be held in the Class Cast Workout Stream Room, the room opens 10 minutes before class. Class Difficulty: Medium – Hard. Equipment Needed: Water bottle, yoga mat (recommended), weights (optional)
Train with an actual superhero (The freakin Blue Ranger!) who’s 50 minute workout will get you ready for the big screen or Instagram screen! Yoshi leads an intense mix of conditioning drills, boxing, martial arts striking basics from Muay Thai and fighters conditions that will leave you sweating and begging for more as you see how good you look in your next IG story. This class is designed to give you a good foundation of on screen and martial arts with a lean towards conditioning and cardio.
