
Morning Boot Camp With Stephen Haahr
Important Information: This class will be held in the Class Cast Workout Stream Room, the room opens 10 minutes before class. Class Difficulty: Medium – Hard. Equipment Needed: Water bottle, yoga mat (recommended), weights (optional)
Prepare to have your ass kickedfor the next 50 minutes. Through a mix of circuits and high energy movements that mix fun and sweat together, you are guaranteed to look better in the mirror tomorrow (not an actual legal guarantee). Weights can be incorporated but totally optional.
