Full Body Burn with Nina Munoz
Important Information: This class will be held in the Class Cast Workout Stream Room, the room opens 10 minutes before class. Class Difficulty: Medium – Hard. Equipment Needed: Water bottle, yoga mat (recommended), weights (optional)
In this class you will target and tone your ENTIRE body. We’ll be using bodyweight along with optional free weights for added resistance. You will leave this class feeling accomplished, strong and sore! Nina is a Certified Fitness Instructor who teaches effective body toning workouts and has helped thousands of girls achieve their fitness goals.
