This class is designed to get your whole body moving as one unit, drop body fat while developing strength and athleticism. If you’ve been wanting to kick up the intensity of your workouts, this is the class for you! 30 minutes is all you’ll need to target your entire body, get every muscle involved and let that sweat drip! Free weights (dumbbells) and your body is all you’ll need to get the job done.
