Monday Meditation With Nicole Kidd
Enjoy a relaxing meditation session with Nicole today – to breathe, unwind and focus on you. Meditation can help in many areas of your life including reduced stress & anxiety, enhanced self awareness & improved sleep patterns. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or practice everyday, this session welcomes you. You will be invited to follow along through simple breathing exercises, gentle movements & other mindful exercises in a compassionate virtual space. So dim the lights, make a cozy space for yourself and enjoy the couple of minutes dedicated to YOU and what you feel you need to get out of the session. (This can be done on the floor, couch, desk chair etc.) Blankets welcomed 🙂
Nicole comes from a creative background of dance and Yoga. She is a qualified Yoga teacher who has a movement background primarily in ballet, contemporary & hip hop, graduating with a BA in Dance in 2016. She is passionate and knowledgeable about wellness and the need for self care in our daily lives.
