Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Traci Anderson
Important Information: This class will be held in the Class Cast Workout Stream Room, the room opens 10 minutes before class. Class Difficulty: Easy – Medium. Equipment Needed: Water bottle, yoga mat (recommended), weights (optional)
Start your day off right with some vinyasa flow yoga with Traci and the rest of the Class Cast Crew! In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class. Students can expect to be challenged in this class, but also offered choices and space to modify the class to their level.
