Malaika is an avid Acro Yogi and apprentice in Tantra Meditation. She has been teaching yoga in Los Angeles for eight years. Her movement background includes: gymnastics, dancing, and cheerleading. She first learned Mahayana Buddhist Meditation from a nun called Friendly Dragon during her undergraduate years at Harvard. At UCLA, she studied Pilates and completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga.
